Returning to work - week 5

Tuesday 2nd October

I have taken the week off. The weekend started with a return of some symptoms which I remember from the weeks leading up to my original stress injury. The most obvious are a continuous headache and fatigue (sleeping morning and afternoon as well as at night). Yesterday (Monday) I sent in work for the week and made an appointment to see the doctor.

Wednesday 3rd October

Saw the doctor this afternoon.

Thursday 27th September

Still getting up just for meals (at least I am eating). Sleeping most of the time. Continuous headache less severe.

Friday 28th September

Back to square one and long-term sick leave.
